National Awards
We are committed to very high standards and we have achieved National Recognition Awards.
The staff have worked extremely hard and the school has received national recognition in the following areas:
The Investors in People Award
All staff have been recognised by this award for teamwork, training and staff development.
We received our fourth accreditation at Silver Level in May 2010.

The Artsmark Award
The school has been recognised for the high level in the Arts reached by the children. We received our third accreditation in May 2007.
DfE Award
We have received this award twice for sustained improvement in Sats results.
Basic Skills Award
The staff have monitored and supported children in improving basis skills (reading and spelling). We received our third accreditation in December 2007.
The Active Mark Award
The staff work very hard to make sure that all children can participate in regular physical activities, which are part of the PE curriculum as well as after school sporting clubs. We received our third accreditation in January 2008.
The Charter Mark Award
We gained our first Charter Mark in 1999 in recognition by the Government of running a well-organised school that is part of the local community. We received our third award in February 2006.
The Healthy Schools Award
We were accredited with the Healthy Hillingdon Award in January 2005. This was for the work covered in PHSE, Citizenship, Healthy Eating, Emotional Health and Well-being, Sex and Drugs Education.
The NACE Award
We were delighted to receive the NACE Award in February 2008. There are less than 100 schools across the UK with this award and we are the first Hillingdon School to receive the award.
Australian Government Award for Service
This was awarded to the school by the Australian Government on behalf of the National Veterans'Association.
Ofsted Award
We have been awarded the Ofsted Award for high achieving schools in January 2006.
FMSIS
We have been awarded full accreditation in January 2009. This shows the careful budgeting and financial arrangements at Harefield Junior School.
