Subjects In School
I would like to tell you about the work that your children will be following this year.
All children throughout the school have to do Maths and English every day for an hour. In addition all children have two PE lessons each week (one could be games and one gymnastics or dance). I.T is taught twice a week in the I.T suite for an hour although the children use their classroom computers throughout the week.
The teachers will be using the whiteboards for all subjects as they are a wonderful resource throughout the school.
In addition, the children will be learning History, Geography, Science, RE, Music, Art and Technology.
Some subjects are taught every week, others may be taught in half termly blocks or last the term.
